Aspects Holidays Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Promoter:

Eligibility:

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Aspects Holidays and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

Entry Period:

The prize draw opens on 1st April 2024 and closes on 15th February 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

Entry Method

Paid Entry:

Make a donation to the Crowdfunder or JustGiving campaigns for the Invictus Atlantic Challenge through the Crowdfunder or JustGiving platforms. The cost of each entry is a minimum donation of £5. There is no limit to the number of entries per person; participants may enter as many times as they wish by making multiple donations or by donating in multiples of £5 (for example, a £25 donation would buy 5 entries). You must include your email address so that we can contact you if you are selected as the winner.

b) Free Entry:

Alternatively, participants can enter the prize draw for free without donating by sending their full name, postal address, and email address to Invictus Atlantic, Aspects Holidays, Sapphire House, Hayle Business Park, Marsh Lane, TR27 5JR.

Prize:

The prize consists of an Aspects Holidays gift voucher valued at £500. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received (both paid and free entries) and verified by the Promoter. The draw will be conducted fairly and independently, and the decision will be final.

Notification and Claiming the Prize:

The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner must respond to the notification email to claim the prize. The prize will be delivered via email or post within 10 days of the winner’s response.

Publicity:

By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Personal Data:

Personal data provided during the competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which applies to this prize draw and can be viewed here. The Promoter will only use personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize, in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

General:

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
